From which entrances, seats and levels will the work be seen? Include ceiling heights and surrounding furniture in the brief, so the composition can be considered at the scale of the room.
Installation and future access
What supports the piece, and how can it be reached for maintenance? Clarify installation access, approved fixing locations and any electrical scope around decorative lighting.
Zoning and project requirements
