Our story

Along the Mediterranean, light and shadow are part of how a space feels. In Antalya, this balance inspires our approach to open patterns, tactile surfaces and the soft movement of fringe.

Dimare develops handcrafted décor and shade for hotels, architectural projects and private homes. Material, proportion and handwork are considered together, with each piece shaped around its setting.

Our team

Our team brings together design, handcraft, production and workshop coordination. We work together on the details that carry each piece from an idea to its final setting.

The atelier is also a place of everyday teamwork: hands shaping a pattern, pieces being prepared for packing, and details coming together on site. Our photographs offer a glimpse of the people and practical work behind the finished designs.

Our approach

Material for the setting

We discuss the intended location, exposure and care needs before agreeing the material. The specification belongs to the particular piece and its use.

Proportion and colour

Dimensions, palette and pattern are considered alongside the architecture, so the piece has a clear relationship with the space around it.

Attention in the handwork

Knot, surface and finishing details shape the design. Close attention to these elements carries an idea from the first pattern into the finished piece.

A planned handover

Packing, delivery and any installation requirements form part of the conversation. Timing and responsibilities are agreed for the scope of each commission.

Process

  1. Share the setting

    Send photographs or drawings, dimensions, quantities and your intended use. Tell us the atmosphere you have in mind and the timing of your project.

  2. Shape the proposal

    Together we define the design direction, material, colour and scale. The proposal sets out the agreed scope, price and timing; sample needs can be discussed at this stage.

  3. Make and hand over

    With the details approved, the work moves into making and preparation for delivery. Packing, care information and any installation arrangements are coordinated for the agreed piece.
