Project questions
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope, material availability, production schedule and shipping route. Share your target date so we can assess a suitable plan before you confirm the order.
Do you work with hotels outside Turkey?
Yes. We welcome international project enquiries. Shipping, export documentation and any installation scope are reviewed for your destination and confirmed in the quotation.
Is it durable outdoors (pool, beachfront, terrace)?
Outdoor suitability is assessed for the specific material, exposure, fixing method and maintenance conditions. Please share any fire, UV, humidity or coastal requirements at brief stage; material evidence and applicable warranty terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Can colours and patterns be tailored to our hotel's brand identity?
Share your brand book, colour references and preferred patterns. We review suitable materials and design options with your team before confirming the project scope.
Is there a minimum project size?
We scale from single-feature concept pieces for boutique hotels (e.g. a reception wall, a lobby chandelier) to full hotel collections. We are transparent about our minimum project budget in the very first conversation.
