Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: 9 September 2026

01

Made for your order

We plan production and shipment around the confirmed piece and destination. Product availability, lead time and any ready-to-dispatch status are confirmed in writing. A website listing does not reserve stock or a production slot.

Production begins after the agreed specification approvals and initial payment. Production time is separate from transit. Tell us about hotel openings, installation dates or seasonal deadlines before accepting the quotation; the written schedule defines the commitment, subject to mandatory legal delivery requirements.

02

Packing & transport

Goods are normally dispatched from Antalya, Türkiye. Protective packaging is chosen for the material, shape and transport method. Package dimensions and weight determine the final freight arrangement; the shipment documents identify the pieces and packages.

Courier, road, air or sea freight is assessed according to the consignment and route. Tracking or shipment references are shared when available. Split deliveries, consolidation, special crates or storage must be agreed where required.

Transit estimates are confirmed for the shipment using the carrier service, planned dispatch date, package details and destination requirements. Customs inspection, carrier changes and site access can affect arrival. We communicate material changes when known.

03

Freight charges & delivery terms

The quotation identifies freight, insurance, export or import clearance, taxes and any excluded services. For business orders, the agreed delivery term and named place determine cost, risk and responsibility; Incoterms® 2020 applies when stated in the contract.

Our usual B2B quotation starting point is EXW Antalya, excluding VAT. This is a pricing basis, not a promise of door-to-door service. Where we arrange transport or export clearance, the actual responsibilities and appropriate delivery term are confirmed in writing. Loading, unloading, access equipment, import clearance and installation are not automatically included.

For consumers, mandatory delivery and risk protections prevail over a commercial delivery term. Delivery charges and applicable additional costs are disclosed before acceptance. Refunds of delivery charges follow the applicable return or cancellation rules, rather than a blanket non-refundable rule.

04

Customs & international destinations

Provide the consignee’s full details, delivery address, tax or VAT information where relevant, and nominated importer or customs broker. Commercial invoices, packing lists and other documents are prepared according to the goods and route. Product classification and destination requirements are checked for the shipment.

The EU–Türkiye Customs Union covers industrial goods within its scope. Eligible goods may benefit from the relevant customs treatment when the classification, customs status and documents support it. An A.TR movement certificate concerns free-circulation status; it is not a general certificate of origin or an unconditional duty-free guarantee.

Import VAT and other applicable charges are assessed separately. Gulf and other overseas destinations have their own rules; no universal duty or tax rate is advertised here. The quotation and shipping plan identify who handles the relevant procedures and charges.

05

Project delivery & installation

Share unloading facilities, site contacts, delivery windows, floor access and any lifting or handling restrictions before shipment is arranged. Assembly, on-site installation, structural supports and local permits form part of the scope only when agreed in writing.

For international projects, local contractors and installation responsibilities are established before dispatch. A photograph showing a frame or architectural setting does not mean those elements are supplied with the woven piece.

06

Receiving goods & reporting an issue

Check the packages on arrival where practical. Record visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and affected piece, and retain the packaging and shipment reference. Contact us promptly at hello@dimare.design.

We review the issue against the order and applicable carrier procedure. Insurance is included only where confirmed. Reporting promptly helps preserve evidence; this guidance does not replace statutory defect rights or create an automatic short deadline for rejecting a claim.

For cancellations and return shipments, see our Cancellation & Returns Policy. Contact us before arranging an international return so the correct destination and customs documents can be confirmed.
