Concept & Proposal
We review feasibility, dimensions, colours, materials and budget before preparing the scope and quotation. The proposal schedule is agreed for your project.

Production
After scope approval, we confirm the production schedule and progress updates for your made-to-order pieces.

Installation & Handover
We clarify production, shipping and any installation scope around your target delivery period. Handling and care information is included in the project handover.

Do you work with hotels outside Turkey?

Yes. We welcome international project enquiries. Shipping, export documentation and any installation scope are reviewed for your destination and confirmed in the quotation.
Is it durable outdoors (pool, beachfront, terrace)?

Outdoor suitability is assessed for the specific material, exposure, fixing method and maintenance conditions. Please share any fire, UV, humidity or coastal requirements at brief stage; material evidence and applicable warranty terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Can colours and patterns be tailored to our hotel's brand identity?
