Brief & Site Visit
Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp. We reply the same day and, where needed, visit your property to read its light, dimensions and identity.

Concept & Proposal
Based on dimensions, colours, materials and budget, we present a priced project summary alongside a moodboard and technical draft.

Production
Once approved, hand weaving and macramé production begins in our atelier. We share photographed progress reports throughout. Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks.

Installation & Handover
Our team comes to the hotel, handles secure rigging and installation, and hands over the care guide. Delivery guaranteed before the season opens.

How long does delivery take?

4–8 weeks after design approval. Large-scale projects (multi-room resorts) may extend to 10–12 weeks. For pre-season urgencies we can prioritise the production line.
Do you work with hotels outside Turkey?

Yes. We have experience with premier hotel groups in the UAE, the Gulf, Greece and Italy. We manage international shipping and customs processes ourselves.
Is it durable outdoors (pool, beachfront, terrace)?

Yes. We use UV-resistant ropes, stainless steel hanging systems and fittings protected against sea salt. Our outdoor pieces carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Can colours and patterns be tailored to our hotel's brand identity?

Absolutely. Every project is designed from scratch for your hotel — Pantone-referenced colour matching, logo motifs and signature patterns are settled at the concept stage.
Is there a minimum project size?

We scale from single-feature concept pieces for boutique hotels (e.g. a reception wall, a lobby chandelier) to full hotel collections. We are transparent about our minimum project budget in the very first conversation.
