Terms of Service

Dimare Design is a luxury handcrafted textile and décor studio based in Antalya, Türkiye, specialising in bespoke macramé installations, woven textiles, shading structures and artisan furniture for hospitality and residential projects worldwide. These Terms govern your use of dimare.design and any order placed directly with Dimare Design by email or WhatsApp. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders are placed through one of the following channels:

An order is not accepted until Dimare Design issues a written order confirmation specifying the products, agreed specifications, price, lead time and payment terms. Enquiries and quotations do not constitute binding agreements.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if we are unable to confirm production capacity within your required timeline.

All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed. Prices are exclusive of shipping, import duties and local taxes unless explicitly stated. Final invoices reflect the confirmed quotation; prices are fixed from the date of order confirmation.

Payment schedule for bespoke orders:

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA / local Turkish EFT), credit/debit card (via payment link), and other methods agreed in writing. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received and cleared.

Bank transfer charges (SWIFT fees) are the buyer's responsibility. Dimare Design must receive the net invoice amount.

For made-to-order items, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate dimensions, colour codes, material preferences and any other specifications before the deposit is paid. Dimare Design will confirm the final specifications in the written order confirmation.

Any specification changes requested after production has begun are subject to a change fee and may extend the lead time. Significant changes may require a new quotation and order confirmation.

Natural materials (cotton, rattan, natural fibres) may exhibit minor variation in colour, texture and weight between batches. Photographs provided during the quotation process are representative, not exact replicas.

All designs, patterns, concepts and creative work developed by Dimare Design — including bespoke designs created for a specific client project — remain the intellectual property of Dimare Design unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.

Clients may not reproduce, share or commission identical designs from third parties without prior written consent from Dimare Design.

All content on this website — photographs, illustrations, text, brand assets and portfolio imagery — is the exclusive property of Dimare Design or its licensors, protected under Turkish and international copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Delivery terms, shipping timelines and carrier selection are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (DAP Incoterms). Title in the goods transfers to the buyer upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Returns Policy. As a rule, bespoke and made-to-order goods are not eligible for return except in the case of a defect or production error attributable to Dimare Design.

You agree not to:

• —Use the site in breach of applicable Turkish or international law
• —Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the site without written permission
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any site infrastructure or back-end systems
• —Submit false enquiries or misrepresent your identity or purchasing authority

The site and its content are provided "as is". Dimare Design makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimare Design's total liability for any claim arising from a product order is limited to the invoice value of the specific goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of business.

Dimare Design is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, port closures, strikes, pandemics or governmental actions. In such cases we will notify you promptly and work to minimise delay. You may cancel without penalty if the delay exceeds 60 days and production has not yet commenced.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a product order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Türkiye.

For EU consumer disputes: pursuant to EU Directive 2013/11/EU, EU-based consumers may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dimare Design is not obligated to participate in ADR for B2B disputes.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
