Dimare Design ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for all personal data collected through dimare.design and through direct communications by email or WhatsApp. We are established in Antalya, Türkiye.
This policy has been prepared in accordance with:

Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Enquiry & Contact Data
Name, email address, phone number, company or hotel name, project description, and message content — collected when you submit an enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp message.
Order & Transaction Data
Delivery address, billing information, order specifications, quotation history and payment records — collected when an order is placed and confirmed.
Website Usage Data
Pages visited, session duration, referral source, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region — collected anonymously via Google Analytics (GA4) through Google Tag Manager. IP addresses are anonymised.
Advertising Interaction Data
Ad click and conversion data collected via Google Ads and Meta Pixel for campaign measurement. This data is pseudonymised and processed by Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. respectively.
Communication Records
Email and WhatsApp correspondence you initiate with us, retained as business records.

We may also share data with legal authorities where required by Turkish or applicable international law.
International Data Transfers
Several of our processors are based in the United States. Data transfers from Turkey to third countries are governed by KVKK Article 9; where EU-resident data subjects are involved, transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
For buyers in the Arab Peninsula (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman): these countries do not currently have data protection laws equivalent to GDPR. Where we process data for Arab-region clients, we apply the protections set out in this policy and our Turkish KVKK obligations as a baseline.
EU residents may contact their national Data Protection Authority (DPA) if they have concerns about cross-border transfers. A list of EU DPAs is available at edpb.europa.eu.
Data Retention
Your Rights
Under KVKK (Art. 11) and GDPR (Arts. 15–22), you have the following rights:

- —Withdraw consent — at any time where processing is based on your consent
- —Lodge a complaint — with the Turkish KVKK authority or, for EU residents, with your national DPA

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. These include TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and use of reputable cloud infrastructure providers. No internet transmission is completely secure; if you have concerns about sending sensitive data, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Children’s Data
Our website and services are directed to businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately at info@dimare.design and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
