DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Delivery
For all orders placed through Dimare, the shipping cost is covered by the seller.
Products are shipped within the timeframe specified in the product descriptions after order confirmation.
Delivery is made to the address the recipient specified during the order process.
For domestic deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company.
For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the country, and all legal obligations such as customs duties, fees, import taxes, and similar charges that may arise from these shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Period
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it.
Non-returnable Products
According to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal and return is not accepted for the following products:
Custom-made products
Products made to order with specific dimensions, colors, patterns, or designs.
Handmade, unique products that cannot be resold.
These products are not eligible for returns as they do not fall under standard mass production standards.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
The return request must be submitted to the seller in writing via email.
For eligible returns, the product price will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of the product reaching the seller.
Damaged Products
For products damaged during delivery, a damage report must be filed with the delivery person before accepting the product. The seller is not responsible for damaged products received without a damage report.
